Developer and contact
Be the SPACE INVADERS (Android package: com.WRB.Studio.BetheSpaceInvaders) is provided by WRB.Studio, Benjamin Franczak, Germany. For privacy or support requests, contact wrbstudio.info@gmail.com.
Local gameplay and storage
The game stores progress, resources, scores, gameplay statistics, ships purchased with in-game resources and unlocked ships, upgrades, fleet formations, tutorial progress and sound/display settings in the application's private storage on your device. Local save files also include revision and save-time information, pending achievements and, after connection to Google Play Games, the player identifier used to associate progress with the correct account. A local backup may be retained for recovery. Core gameplay and local saving remain available without a successful Google sign-in.
Google Play Games Services
On Android, the game attempts to sign in through Google Play Games Services. Sign-in and account selection are handled by Google. When connected, the game uses your Play Games player identifier, submits achievements and high scores, displays Google-hosted achievements and leaderboards, and synchronizes the saved-game data described above through Google Saved Games. Scores and your Play Games profile may be visible to other players according to your Google profile and visibility settings. Google may process account, device and connection information when providing these services. The Play Games Services SDK also collects gamer identity (including gamertag and avatar), SDK usage analytics and diagnostics to maintain stability and improve its services. Achievements, scores and saved-game progress are processed when these features are used. These are Google platform/SDK practices, separate from any developer-operated analytics service. See Google Play Games data disclosure guidance.
These features support achievements, rankings, account-specific cloud backup and recovery. The game does not create a separate WRB.Studio account, request your Google password, access your contacts, or retrieve your friends list. Google receives game-service requests; the developer does not operate a separate game-data server or use Play Games data for advertising. Read Google's Privacy Policy and manage the connection in your Google Play Games settings.
Advertising, purchases and analytics
The Android game includes Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for optional rewarded advertisements. Selecting the X2 bonus offers an advertisement in exchange for an additional in-game reward. The reward is credited only after the advertising SDK confirms it. There are no banner advertisements, automatic advertising interruptions or real-money purchases in this integration.
Google's advertising SDK collects and shares IP addresses (which may be used to estimate approximate location), interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available. Google processes this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit. Actual processing depends on applicable consent choices, device settings and advertising availability. The game does not request precise device location for advertising. For details see Google Mobile Ads data disclosures, Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
UMP checks the applicable consent status before the advertising SDK is initialized and presents a consent form when required. The game's privacy menu provides access to advertising privacy options when required by the platform, allowing you to revisit your choices. Where required, consent is the basis for advertising-related storage and processing; withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Choosing not to watch a rewarded advertisement leaves the ordinary gameplay reward intact. The developer does not run a separate behavioral analytics or crash-reporting service; Google's SDK diagnostics and analytics described above are separate from local gameplay statistics.
Support and voluntary bug reports
The bug-report button opens your email application with the description you entered, the game version, platform and operating-system information. Nothing is sent automatically: you review and send the email yourself. If you send a request, the developer receives your email address and the contents you choose to send and uses them to investigate and answer your request. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Your email provider also processes the correspondence under its own privacy terms.
Retention, reset and deletion
Local progress remains on your device until replaced, reset or removed. The in-game Delete savegame action resets local progress and its backup and requests synchronization of the reset when Google Play Games is connected. It does not delete your Google account or independently erase Google-hosted achievements and leaderboard records. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling removes local application data, subject to Android/device-backup settings. Cloud progress may be restored if you reconnect.
You can manage or delete this game's Play Games data through Google's controls: Delete Play Games data or profile. Google's own retention rules apply to information it controls. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request or meet applicable legal obligations. Contact the developer to request access to or deletion of correspondence held by the developer. The developer cannot remotely inspect or delete a save stored only on your device.
Purposes and legal bases
Game progress and requested game-service functions are processed to provide and maintain the game. Where applicable, this processing is necessary to perform the service requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Support requests are handled to respond to your request and on the basis of the developer's legitimate interest in maintaining the game and providing support (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or to perform a contract where relevant. Where consent is required for a particular processing activity, that consent must be obtained and may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Google determines and explains its own legal bases for processing by its platform services.
Recipients, international processing and security
Google processes data for its Play, Play Games and advertising services; advertising partners disclosed in the consent interface may also process advertising-related information according to your choices and applicable requirements. Email providers process correspondence you initiate. These providers may process data outside your country under their own privacy terms and applicable transfer safeguards. The developer does not sell your local save files or upload your fleet formation or gameplay save to AdMob. Advertising-related collection and sharing are described above and in the consent interface. Data may also be disclosed where legally required. Device storage, platform-controlled sign-in and the providers' safeguards protect data, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Age and your rights
The game's declared audience is age 13 and above. It is not directed at children under 13. The game does not operate its own age-verification or registration system. Parents or guardians with concerns about information sent to the developer may contact the address above; Google account and Play Games settings are managed through Google's family and privacy controls.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority. Requests concerning records held by the developer can be sent to the contact address above; requests concerning information controlled by Google should also be directed to Google.
